Making Appointments
I am glad to see that you have made it here and are ready to take the next step. Here is how I will begin working with you. We will have a 30 minute introductory meeting on the phone so I can answer any questions you have. Remember, all questions are important if it helps and supports you in getting clarity. I will then ask you questions to find out where you are now and where you want to be in 3 months. We will also have the opportunity to recognize if we both feel comfortable working together. After our consultation we will schedule weekly coaching sessions and each session will be initiated by you at the agreed upon time. You will have unlimited email support as long as you are in the coaching program. Payments are made in advance of the first call. You will be billed through PayPal. There is no extra charge to you nor do you need to have an account already set up with PayPal. After your payment has been processed you will be directed to fill out an information page and when finished email or fax it to me. We can then begin our first session.
Sessions are scheduled in one hour time segments via the telephone. Most clients work with me once a week for the first three months to gain the most benefit (optional). After 12 weeks we determine your progress and then you decide if you want to continue. If you feel complete you can then schedule sessions as needed, every two weeks, or once a month depending on your needs. Weekly practice is essential for skills to be mastered, much like learning a foreign language. Practice can be fun and will build your confidence.
