I was being set up for failure as a person, wife, mother, friend, and business woman and wasn’t aware of it!
Let me explain…
For years, I followed everybody else’s rules and beliefs instead of my own. I didn’t even know what my beliefs and rules were because I had become what I was taught from the day I was born. I learned what was appropriate thoughts and behaviors and I adjusted to that. Even though I questioned many of these ideas, beliefs, and rules the only answers I received were: “I’m right” so that meant I must be wrong. “This is the way it is” so that meant I couldn’t go against what was. “You’re not accepted or you’re bad if you choose to think or do certain things” so fear was created. Fear was created to protect me from being punished, made fun of, feeling less than everyone, feeling stupid, and unloved, not wanted, not perfect – just plain not good enough.
Living most of my years in fear eventually resulted in anxiety, panic attacks, and then depression. I even came to a place of not wanting to live, yet I didn’t want to die, either. Life was too difficult. It was at that very low point I found the “Fearless Living” program. The concepts, insights, tools, skills and support I received through this program literally saved my life.

In this 4-week teleseminar, you’ll learn:
Week 1
- What emotional fear is, and how and where it controls your life.
- How most expectations set you up for disappointment and set others up for failure and future blame.
- How expectations that are unspoken, unrealistic, and unmet can cause you to make choices that are harmful to you and to those you love.
- The concepts, tools and skills to support you in letting go of unrealistic expectations and replace them with something that empowers you.
Week 2
- How Excuses keep you stuck and give you permission to make choices that eventually sabotage you.
- How Excuses give you permission to procrastinate and not take responsibility.
- How and where excuses are controlling your life and your choices.
- The concepts, tools, and skills to support you in letting go of your excuses and replacing excuses with something that empowers you.
Week 3
- How complaining keeps you stuck in your complaints and only makes the problem worse.
- How complaining advertises your fear.
- How expectations lead to disappointment and how that disappointment is frequently expressed as complaints.
- The concepts, tools, and skills to support you in letting go of your complaints.
- How to take your attention off of what is wrong in your life and instead begin focusing on taking actions to solve the problem.
Week 4
- How beating yourself up will never motivate you and instead it makes you feel worse and keeps you stuck in negative self-talk.
- How to become aware of your negative self-talk and how to stop it more quickly.
- The concepts, tools, and skills to support you in letting go of negative self-talk.
- How to use your new skills to stop beating yourself up.
